Returns and exchanges - 14 days.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items must be returned in unused, original condition and securely packaged.

Once the return is approved and the item is received, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on my part or a defective item.
