Processing Times

Most items are made to order and require a 2–3 week production period before shipment. Select ready-to-ship items will ship within 1–3 business days.
Processing time begins after payment is received and the order is confirmed, not at the time the order is placed.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the stated processing times. Made-to-order items enter production immediately upon purchase.

Shipping Timeline

Please note that the 2–3 week timeframe refers to production only and does not include shipping time. Shipping duration varies by destination and carrier. Estimated total delivery times (production + shipping) are as follows:

• Domestic orders: approximately 2-4 weeks

• International orders: approximately 3-5 weeks
  Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because most items are custom made, cancellations or order changes are not accepted once production has begun. Requests for cancellations or modifications may be considered within 24–48 hours of purchase, at the shop’s discretion. After this window, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
All other items may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Delays

While every effort is made to meet stated production timelines, delays may occur due to material availability, supply chain issues, or periods of high order volume. Customers will be notified promptly of any significant changes to their order timeline.
