Shipping Methods & Carriers

I ship orders via Lithuanian Post for standard shipping.
Express shipping is available as an option at checkout, using DHL or FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note: choosing express shipping does not shorten the 2–3 week production time for made-to-order items.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing:

  • Lithuania & EU: 3-9 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10-15 business days
  • Australia & Asia: 14-21 business days
  • Other international destinations: delivery times may vary

These timeframes are in addition to processing time.

International Shipping & Customs

I ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, after production is complete.
You will receive your tracking number on email.

Shipping Delays

While I do my best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume or peak seasons
  • Postal or courier service delays
  • Customs processing for international orders

Lost or Damaged Packages

I do my best while packing the parcles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery.
If a package is lost in transit, I will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the carrier’s investigation outcome.

Order Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived, please contact me:

  • Domestic/EU orders: after 14 days from ship date
  • International orders: after 30 days from ship date
